Basic Site Review: Review of site conditions (land category, use), slope, orientation, altitude, and shading factors to create a basic layout.
Grid Connection & Licensing Feasibility: Check for grid availability, review risks (civil complaints) and legal restrictions.
Establishment of Business Structure and EPC/O&M Strategy.

Feasibility & Risk Management: Organize required permits, anticipate risks, and propose solutions.
Investment Structure & Profitability Proposal: Calculate total project cost and expected profitability through site inspection.
